Electronics prize for Winnie! - 8.3.2007

Congratulations to Winnie Tsang (year 12) who has been recognised by Nelson Thornes as one of the best Electronics students in the country. Winnie has enjoyed studying Electronics via the Distance Learning route with fellow student Jay Cowan (former Head Boy).  The students link up with Mr Stewart Wisher (AQA Chief Examiner for Electronics) in the Distance Learning Room each week and it is hoped that Winnie will be formally presented with a prize at the Senior Awards Evening at the Sage, Gateshead (Wednesday 27th June 2007). Winnie is also studying Physics, French and Art at AS level.
